Indoor car racing, or more popularly known as Kart Racing is the most economic form of motorsport available. The concept is pretty much the same as any other racing sport, but the thing is the cars used are called Go-Karts, which are basically smaller versions of cars, whit smaller wheels and chassis. It surely is a great source of amusement if you love speed and adrenaline mixed together.
There are different types of races in Kart racing, one is the sprint wherein the tracks can go as long as a whole mile. The course is made up of left and right turns that would test the driver’s skill I speed and passing. Then there’s the endurance race, wherein the emphasis is the pit strategy instead of pure speed. The third type of Kart racing would be the speedway, wherein the course is an oval shaped track and the road is made of asphalt. This is basically a loop with four left turns. In the UK, Kart racing is very much a popular motor sport since it’s a lot more safe and economical than other forms of racing. There are a lot of indoor racing courses that can be found in the UK from warehouses and factories. Safety is given emphasis during the races and the tracks are rented for 10-15 minutes.
